Tre Rane Summer

Imagine dining outdoors as the light of sunset fades, surrounded by the lush greenery of the garden at Casa Ruffino.

On June 30, July 14, or August 4, join us and enjoy the estate’s garden overlooking the Chianti vineyards, with a four-course menu created by the chefs of Tre Rane Restaurant, paired with four selected wines.

The menu includes:

• Bao bun with grilled octopus from the Tuscan Archipelago, salsa verde, sautéed seasonal vegetables with lemon zest and thyme
  • paired with La Solatìa Toscana IGT
• Fresh tomato pasta, filled with eggplant and ricotta, served with roasted tomato cream, basil, and Parmesan
  • paired with Aqua di Venus Rosé Toscana IGT
• Devilled chicken, glazed with paprika-infused jus, served with roasted sweet potato and a hint of lime
  • paired with Riserva Ducale Oro Chianti Classico Gran Selezione
• Buffalo ricotta charlotte with apricot insert, peach glaze, and white chocolate, with lime and mint ge
  • paired with Vermouth Antica Ricetta

For those who prefer a vegetarian menu:

• Roasted tomato, mozzarella mousse, herb bread crumble, and basil gel 
  • paired with La Solatìa Toscana IGT
• Fresh tomato pasta, filled with eggplant and ricotta, served with roasted tomato cream, basil, and Parmesa
