Lazy Sunday is Casa Ruffino’s signature brunch, created for those who wish to enjoy a truly authentic break - one filled with flavor, nature, and togetherness.

You’ll be welcomed into the panoramic garden of Casa Ruffino, where you can savor a generous brunch curated by the chefs of Ristorante Tre Rane. A buffet of sweet and savory creations, crafted with creativity and local ingredients, is paired with a dedicated wine station featuring Ruffino wines: Aqua di Venus Bianco and Rosé, Riserva Ducale, and Modus.

From 12:00 PM onward, guided winery walks will depart every hour, offering the chance to discover the winemaking heart of Tenuta Poggio Casciano and the history behind every Ruffino wine.

The menu includes:

• Sweet croissants, pancakes, apple cake, and potato tortillas
• French toast with poached egg Benedict–style, crispy rigatino bacon, and Béarnaise sauce
• Finger sandwich with smoked salmon, fresh cheese, and lamb’s lettuce
• Savory croissant with pecorino cheese, roasted eggplant, and pesto
• Margherita and Marinara pizzas, rosemary schiacciata flatbreads
• Caprese salad
• Vegetarian croquettes and traditional boiled-meat croquettes
• Bronze-die maccheroni with Tuscan ragù, prepared live at the show cooking station
• Live grill station: arrosticini lamb skewers, mini burgers, rosemary potatoes, and artichokes
• Desserts: babà, assorted petit pastries, maritozzo, and rice fritters with custard cream
