Winemaking notes

The story

The term colorino derives from the intense color of the peel, used in the past to give color to wine. Today it is a unique and authentic expression of the Tuscan territory. Ruffino is one of the few Tuscan wineries to vinify this vine in purity. The name AD 1085 refers to the first official document confirming the cultivation of vines in the Poggio Casciano estate.
